At House2Home, our foremost goal is your happiness, and we stand by this commitment through rigorous quality control and a robust return policy. Though we hope you won’t encounter any issues, if you do, we’ve streamlined the process to be as straightforward and customer-friendly as possible. Please note that discussions or resolutions are applicable exclusively to purchases made directly through us.

Our ethos at House2Home extends to supporting our customers, as evidenced by our lenient cancellation policy. Here’s a breakdown:

  1. Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled until they are packed and dispatched. For orders canceled before this stage, a full 100% payment refund can be processed or adjusted.

    (Note: Custom orders are exempt from this policy.)

  2. Same Day Dispatch: Orders processed under the “Same Day Dispatch” category cannot be cancelled.

  3. Special Occasions: We regret to inform you that cancellations are not possible for products obtained during special occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These offerings are limited-time occasions, and cancellations are not entertained.

Return, Refund & Damage Policy

Our products are meticulously crafted by hand, and as a result, each item exhibits unique variations. The individuality of our handmade products is inherent to the intricate manufacturing process, ensuring no two items are identical. We acknowledge the possibility of small and minor variations in production, which, given the nature of our handcrafted goods, should not be perceived as defects.

In the event of any false or unfulfilled commitments on our part, we take full responsibility. Such instances will be promptly rectified, ensuring customer satisfaction through discussion and resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Minor variations inherent in the manufacturing process are open for discussion and should not be construed as defects. Visible or significant defects can be addressed by exchanging the flawed item for a similar one in the current or upcoming order. Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 3-4 days of receiving the goods.

Any excess or shortage in the delivered products should be reported within 3-4 days of receipt. Opened or used items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Once any changes, excesses, damages, or shortages are accepted or confirmed, we will notify you through a credit note or a Proforma Invoice for adjustment.

We take utmost care in packing our goods, ensuring a 99% safety rate. All our products are insured up to the billed amount to cover any loss or damage during transit. Claims for such incidents will be handled by the insurer/logistics. To activate an insurance claim, please carefully inspect the count and note any damage on the receiving note of the courier/cargo receipt while receiving the goods. A clear copy of this note is mandatory for processing a claim.

For non-claimable products, we aim to settle matters amicably. Any required corrections or rectifications will be carried out where possible, and any change of components will incur a shared cost. Shipping costs will be covered by the sender.

Considering the likelihood of in-transit damage, we generally discourage returns. Exceptions, determined on a case-by-case basis, may permit exchanges with shipping costs borne by the sender. In the rare event of a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, until delivered to our doorstep.

Please note that our policy may vary based on the nature of the product. Natural transformations, such as oxidization or tarnishing, should not be considered defects. Prices are subject to variations, and returns or refunds will not be prompted on this basis.
